Yes. Most of our customers do exactly that. Lay the print flat, in a room with even daylight, and photograph it straight on with your phone. Avoid direct sun and avoid the flash. We handle the perspective correction and the cropping.

JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC and TIFF up to 25 MB each. If your file is bigger, send it through a link (WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox) — just include your order number.

No. Your photos are deleted 24 hours after delivery. That includes the original, the working files and any intermediate versions. If you want us to keep it for a future revision, you can tell us before delivery and we will hold it for 30 days.

That is the one thing we watch most closely. AI is very willing to invent a face that looks plausible but was never there, and that is not restoration. Our process explicitly protects the facial features: repairs happen around them, sharpening is conservative, and a human artist checks every result before it reaches you. If we cannot recover a face honestly, we will tell you rather than guess.

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Colorization is an informed interpretation based on the period, the clothing and the skin tones visible in the original — never a record of fact. Where there is a hint of original color remaining, we use it as an anchor. Where there is none, we follow period-appropriate palettes and we say so.

Tears, creases, scratches, stains, water damage, fading, mold spots, missing corners and low resolution. Heavily damaged photos with large missing areas may require reconstruction, which we only do when we can be honest about it — and we will tell you upfront if a section has to be invented.

Choose Deluxe and we deliver a print-ready file upscaled to 32 megapixels, sized for standard print formats. For a photo you plan to frame, this is the option you want.

Within 24 hours for Standard and Premium, and typically the same for Deluxe. Rush delivery is available on request through the chat — if we can move it forward, we will tell you exactly when.

You get free revisions — one with Standard, two with Premium, and 30 days of revisions with Deluxe. Tell us what is wrong in plain language and we will adjust. If the result genuinely is not usable, we refund it.

A full-resolution PNG with no watermark, no ads and no branding. Deluxe also includes a print-ready high-MP version. Files are delivered through a private download link, and to your email.

By card through PayPal — you do not need a PayPal account. Prices are in US dollars. We charge when you approve the quote, before the work begins.
